It’s crazy to think we’ve been in business for 12 years now. We’re so thankful to all our clients, resellers, and partners who helped us reach this stage. Over a decade, we’ve seen so much growth and change in the digital world. Over time, businesses evolve, services expand or reduce, and focus areas change paths. We felt that it’s time to let our branding reflect our growth. Making the switch to CRFTD was an easy switch, from the standpoint that it accurately describes what we do for our clients. Actually, making that switch is much harder. Domains, email, our own website design, and sooo much more.
What’s with the name?
We felt CRFTD speaks for itself. Concise, tailored, and efficient. It’s how we’ve always operated. This better fits who we are and what we do. Continuing to stay focused on our core values, and with the same smiling souls. We wanted our brand to remain targeted, but also impactful. Crabtree Systems worked well. It was general and covered a variety of what our expertise was.
So, who is your target audience and demographic?
We continue to work with small businesses, freelancers, branding agencies, and marketing agencies. People and companies who know their website is important, who want to automate and streamline workflows using tools they may already have, but have remained dormant.
So what’s changing?
Now, lastly, so what actually is changing? Well, we’re dropping some services with our larger business clients. They’ve already been alerted to those changes over the past year. This was to refine our approach to development. Instead of spreading out and trying to cover servers and infrastructure deployments, email and IP reputation and management, as well as our core service, we’re focusing on those crafted and creative solutions for website design. It’s what we excel at. It’s what we’re known for.
In conclusion…
There are so many automated systems and choices out there. It’s hard to know what or how things can work together to better your digital business presence. So our focus is on the build and design strategy. That extends from consulting on existing projects in development with other agencies to reviewing platforms and functionality to WordPress web designs.
That cost-efficient development is still there. It’s just masked by so many third parties and agencies. It’s easy to get lost or overextend your advertising budget (or simply incorrectly allocate those funds).
